By accessing and placing an order with NewFeel, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. If you are below 18 years, you may use our products only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Proctus Lifecare LLP, operating as NewFeel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). They apply to all services and transactions available through our website, mobile applications, and physical retail locations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Product Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by NewFeel is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly due to product enhancement or packaging changes. We regularly update our formulations to improve our products based on customer feedback and scientific advancements.

NewFeel products are designed for personal use only. Any commercial redistribution or wholesale purchase requires written agreement from our authorized representatives.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platform include GST but exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods specified at checkout. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

In the event of a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable, we reserve the right to cancel orders, even after they have been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

NewFeel ships to most locations within India. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance for international shipments.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Please inspect your products upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects or damage.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective products.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. All returns must be approved by NewFeel before shipment.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
